Problem:
Try to
Print to any printer get unavailable RPC Server error
"The RPC server is unavailable"

Troubleshooting:
Restarting Print Spooler - no effect.
Remove printer object
ReInstall network printer:
While installing, Get error: 'could
not connect'/0x00000002 Windows cannot connet to the printer.
Operation failed with error 0x00000002
Solution:
Install printer as local printer using standard IP
Port. Now user can print to all the
network printers again.
